01. How do I place an order?
  1. Visit avaacha.com and browse our products
  2. If you find an item you like, select the size, color, and quantity, then click ADD TO CART
  3. Continue shopping and add all the items you like
  4. Once you’re ready, click on the shopping bag icon in the top-right corner to review your order, then click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  5. Enter your details and check out. We have Express Checkout which allows you to pay using Apple Pay

02. Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, simply enter your email on the checkout page - this will allow us stay in touch regarding your order without setting up a full account. However, creating an account offers added benefits, such as easier order management, saving your wishlist for access on any device, sharing your wishlist, storing your addresses, and processing any requests more efficiently.

03. An item in my order is damaged or missing. What do I do?

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within two days of receiving the order, at hello@avaacha.com, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

04. I have received an item I did not order. What do I do?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@avaacha.com, and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

05. Can I have my order gift wrapped?

All shipments in the UAE will come beautifully gift wrapped in our signature packaging. 

For all orders (UAE and worldwide) you may add a personalised message to the recipient before finishing your order.

06. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact our customer service team on hello@avaacha.com or via WhatsApp on  +971 50 397 1860 if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best to amend or cancel any order as long as it has not been already processed.

For UAE Deliveries:

Next Day Delivery (Cut-Off 2pm) - Excluding Remote UAE Areas: FREE

Same Day Delivery (Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah/Ajman Only - Cut-Off 10AM): AED 15

4 Hr Delivery (Dubai Only - Cut-Off 6PM: AED 15

For International Deliveries:

4-8 Working Days Delivery Worldwide: FREE (Please note customs, import duties and other handling charges may apply and are payable by the customer. Please check with the laws of the destination country.)

Please note that the delivery charges will not be refunded in case of any product return.

02. How long does it take to receive an order?

We offer multiple delivery options:

Customs, import duties and other handling charges may apply and are payable by the customer. Please check with the laws of the destination country. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit/debit cards. All transactions are securely encrypted to ensure a safe shopping experience.

02. Are bank details trusted for online payments?

Yes. We use leading encryption technology to protect your data. Your payment details remain private and are never shared with third parties.

03. Why has my payment failed?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
01. What is your return policy?

For UAE orders:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the items and quality approval. The refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.

Items purchased through store vouchers (including gift cards) will only be refunded as store vouchers.

For international orders:

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for international orders at the moment.

02. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order

Your satisfaction is our priority. For UAE orders, we offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in their original condition
  • Returned with tags attached
  • Sent back in the original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Bank refunds may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For international orders, we currently do not offer returns.

Returns are completely free.

Please not we only offer returns for UAE orders currently.

05. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 48 hours after product inspection. Bank refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

06. Can I return multiple orders at the same time?

Yes, you can return multiple orders at the same time with 1 shipment if they are within the 14 days return policy.

07. How do you refund an item purchased with store credit or gift card?

01. How should I wash and care for my clothes?

To keep your clothes looking their best, we recommend washing them in cold water with similar colours. For detailed instructions, please refer to the care label on each garment.

02. What size should I choose?

Our clothing is designed to grow with your child, starting from 6 months old going up to 6 years, with a relaxed fit that allows for comfort and flexibility. The beauty of our pieces lies in their ability to transcend age size, so you won’t have to stress about a perfect fit. Whether it’s a little loose now or fits more snugly as your child gets older, the garment will mold to your child’s shape, ensuring they stay stylish and comfortable at every stage.
