At Avaacha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns in the UAE. Unfortunately we do not accept returns for international orders at the moment.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in their original condition

• Returned with tags attached

• Sent back in the original packaging

Items purchased through store vouchers (including gift cards) will only be refunded as store vouchers.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

Returns of UAE orders are completely free.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 48 hours after product inspection. Bank refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. You can also choose to receive your refund within 24 hours as a store voucher.
