For UAE Deliveries:

• Next Day Delivery (Cut-Off 2pm) - Excluding Remote UAE Areas: FREE
• Same Day Delivery (Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Sharjah/Ajman Only - Cut-Off 10AM): AED 15
• 4 Hr Delivery (Dubai Only - Cut-Off 6PM: AED 15

For International Deliveries:

• 4-8 Working Days Delivery Worldwide: FREE (Please note customs, import duties and other handling charges may apply and are payable by the customer. Please check with the laws of the destination country.)

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the case of product returns.

Customs and import charges

Customs, import duties and other handling charges may apply to orders outside the UAE and are payable by the customer. Please check with the laws of the destination country. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your package throughout its journey.
